No, delegates should not have fun. They should be bogged down by the complaints and requests of their nations, so that they cannot eject the friendly reporters from their regions.

From other regions, I assume you mean, as the delegate from the Realms does not have the ability to eject nations. Should be careful, CG has lots of friends in this game. Your network could find itself shrinking instead of growing.
