Is wrong. I wish to publicly correct it. Role Play University neither took part in an invasion of Cuba nor did it really defend it. It was a good deed that RPU tried to do for Cuba. At the time there was no UN delegate at all. Cuba had just been greifed and RPU members thought they would go assume the delegate position and then was sent a log from Crazy Girl with the names of the Cuban natives. As many natives as possible were contacted so RPU could turn over the delegate position to a native Cuban.
Well, I have to tell you, they were not too interested. In the end RPU decided if Cuba didn't care about their own region then why should we and RPU left. RPU took the spot with the help of the ADN. PopeHope can be contacted to verify this if you have any questions.
I personally as a game moderator on Nationstates never left RPU. I made a few comments and answered a few questions, I however never took part. I did call back one of my left over members that had stayed in Cuba after the rest had left. I guess he didn't know RPU had all left.
That is what RPU's involvement in the situation was. That was it, that was all. RPU does not take part in invasions nor defending. We are a purely educational region. We only went in to help Cuba AFTER they had been greifed. I hope this sets the story straight.
