Maybe the press should cover the attempts and failure to merge two of the biggest armies in the NS world?
Talks are all visible on the FPA boards and i'm sure both sides would give quotes. It seems that this is an issue of some relavence to regions and nations in general.

Just so I know what to do, once I've written the story, what happens next? Do I just post it in the RadioWorld Broadcasts section?
How does it actually get broadcast from there to all the regions?

You post your story in the Radioworld part, where all the stories are.
The broadcasts in the regions, you move to the regions mentioned in the header, and post your broadcast there.
As an example, the broadcast of my latest story is still in our own region.
