Greetings and hello!
Twinkles here, bringing you todays news!!
[glow=green,2,300]New trend[/glow]
It seems holy alliance is following a trend set not so long ago by pacific army - they too will be changing locations due to an inactive founder. I am joined by the new co-leader, and friend of mine, Listn2me.

Hello there! Is it true holy alliance is changing locations?
[glow=blue,2,300]Listn2me:[/glow]
Yup, thats about the size of it. We have done this before though, back in the old days, when we moved from THE holy alliance to holy alliance because our founder was deleted. We are now moving back.
[glow=red,2,300]TWINKLES:[/glow]
Tell me, why are you moving back?
[glow=blue,2,300]Listn2me[/glow]
Well, in its prime, holy alliance had about 80 great, fairly active nations - who are now dying rapidly. The region just has a dead and unhappy feeling, which makes recruiting impossible. Our great founder, Lareland, has also found himself slipping into the realms of inactivity.
[glow=red,2,300]TWINKLES:[/glow]
Whos idea was the move? Was it influenced by el sabah nurs decision at all?
[glow=blue,2,300]Listn2me:[/glow]
Possibly - it wasn't my idea, so I wouldn't know. It was the decision of siswai aman, another highly ranked and active officer. We hope to make the holy alliance grow once more. He had to make a deal with someone else first, but it seems to be working beautifully.

Thanks Listn2me...

Francos spain, leader/ UN Delegate of the pacific has lashed out at puppet nations - particularly those of crazygirl.

Rather predictably crazygirl has said the following....
And there has been no shortage of back up...
Better luck next time, Francos...
[glow=green,2,300]The invasion of Ios[/glow]
As many of you already know, yesterday, there was an invasion attempt, made by Army of power. Luckily, defense network the elite ghosts spotted this attempt in its early stages, and moved in - members of the free pacific army were also present. As a rather amusing twist, the delegate non-stop partying, became active at what seems, the last moment.
and the following messages were found in the army of power HQ.
Once again, better luck next time

The player who controls Crazygirl has been puppeteering in the Pacific for some months now. Scarcely a day goes by where she doesn't move at least one of her (self stated) hundred+ nations into the Pacific, posts an irritating message on the regional board, then sits back and waits to be booted (even sending me a mocking telegram every once in a while.) Now, granted her spamming has been done in moderation, but she, I would surmise, is the biggest single annoyance to all residents of the Pacific (and by that, I do mean all residents; not just myself and those supporting our government.) Today I see that she's decided to move all her puppets into the region en masse. From what various sources I could track down, I've compiled an incomplete list of at least 51 of these, as follows:
Aideen
Big bad rat
Cama
Cardea
Cholena
Crazy Ant
Crazy dog
Crazy girl2
Crazy hamsters
Crazy me
Crazy Soul
Crazygirl4
Crazygirls
Cute Puppy
Dark Princess
Donoma
Dream weaver
Dsk
Duketown
Evadne
Hamsterilla
Interface
Jemma
Jocasta
Lady chelsea
Lady daisy
Latanya
Little cat
Little crazy girl
Little goblins
Mjnw, Myeisha
Orenda
Padma
Palila
Queen of the nile
Salali
Sanura
Scylla and Charybdis
Sir Mikey
Sokanon
Takoda
Tanginika
Tarika
Teigra
The MDDP
Throwrugs
Triple M
Wolfrider
Ziazan
Zoete Lieve Gerritje
Zonta.
Throughout the afternoon, she used many of these puppets to make several different comments on the regional board, making no secret of her identity and practically taunting me to boot her because she knew that I knew that another puppet would be just around the corner. The Pacific Army's latest plan (which can be read quite openly on the public boards of their forum) is to send non-UN puppets into the Pacific and have me boot them so that (supposedly) this will remove a UN nation from the regional ban list, which has a 200 nation capacity. I don't want to give her the satisfaction of booting all these nations to accomplish her likely goal.
Now, I'm not sure if what she's doing constitutes a rules violation, but at the very least it's taking advantage of and exploiting the ability to create as many non-UN puppets as a player likes. Could a moderator at least informally ask this player to stop harassing our region with her puppets?

Rather predictably crazygirl has said the following....
mmm, as far as i know, i'm not spamming, and lately, i've only used my puppets for some nice conversations, and sometimes, if someone starts it, a good discussion..
and neut did say i could move as many puppets in the pacific as i want..
but if i'm not, well, then i'll just move a bunch out..
(btw, you forgot a bunch..)
and no one tells you you HAVE to kick me out..

The only thing I've ever seen Crazy girl do is hold polite conversations with the nations of the Pacific. I don't thinks she's annoying anyone other than yourself and perhaps only a few of your followers.
If you don't like her posting in the Pacific, just eject her like you have done hundreds upon hundreds of others.

Maybe we should prohibit puppets from talking. That will teach em!
Anyway, I considder the use of puppets, to bounce other nations off a banlist, as sound strategy, as long as puppets don't flame, spam or grief. What reason can a delegate have to eject those puppets, if they don't brake game rules?! I know Francos made some rules of his own, but he can't expect any help from mods to enforce them! I have some "puppets" of my own in The Pacific, at this right moment. I am sure that no moderator will tell me to move them out. That would be a new game rule. Something like: Players are not allowed to move puppets into a feeder region! Like if moderators don't have enough work yet, we issue a few more rules, for other players to complain about.

It's annoying but goes with the territory, neither the practice of moving hundreds of puppets into a region or the practice of indisciminate banning in a feeder region are in the spirit of the game but both seem to be allowed.
