You are tuning in to Victoria Silver and Political WorldNews. This is a comeback for me, afterall I haven't broadcasted since august. Some days ago I sent telegrams to the Goverment in the Pacific, excluding Francos. My idea was to interview someone else than just Francos Spain to get their version. One day later, The Pacific was attacked. Before that Zhdanove agreed to do an interview and later on got back to me to reveal his whole story. Unfortunatly, Zhdanov hasn't answered the last batch of questions I sent to him so we will start with another key person in The Pacific.
Bertram Stantrous agreed to answer questions from me as long as they were not to probing. This is therefore not a a biased interview, it is a neutral interview were one man can get his words out without having to share all the secrets in the world. Victoria Silver Firstly I wonder if you could present yourself for those listeners that don't know who you are?
Bertram Stantrous Well, I work as what someone could call an "intelligence officer" for the Pacific government. I use certain special tactics that I can't tell you about right now to keep our little region stable. I also tend to spout off about certain things that make me angry... and sometimes get myself in trouble with the administration by doing so.
Victoria Silver How long have you been working in the New Pacific Orders goverment?
Bertram Stantrous I have been a Senator for the Pacific since September 17th, 2003.
Victoria Silver How come you got a position in the goverment?
Bertram Stantrous Well, I kind of had to prove myself to Francos Spain. I would find the names of many nations (how I did so is classified, of course), and then let Francos know about it. After I exposed about 35 nations, Francos decided that I was useful enough to keep me around.
Victoria Silver Exactly what is your postion?
Bertram Stantrous I believe that my official title is "Director of the Pacific Secret Police."
Victoria Silver We at RadioWorld FM303 has noticed that The Pacific's messageboard get spammed rather alot. What are your feelings towards such spammers?
Bertram Stantrous Well, if by spammers you mean the countless people that copy and paste the same message every five minutes (no exaggeration), then I'd have to say that I do not like them at all. That tactic did not work in the past, it isn't working now, and it will never work in the future.
However, if you mean the weekly idiot that posts "U R ALL DUMBIES" fifty times and then has his nation deleted by the moderators, well, I just feel sorry for them.
Victoria Silver Do you think those spammers really have some sort of purpose with what they do, or do they do it soley to irritate the New Pacific Order?
Bertram Stantrous Oh, I'm sure that they have a purpose. It would appear that they are trying to cause Francos's supporters to remove their endorsements of him. The annoying nature of their posts is probably just a side effect, I suppose.
Victoria Silver 2 days ago there was a revolution in the Pacific where nations tried to take the advantage for Francos Spains absence. What are your thoughts about that?
Bertram Stantrous Franco threw out a mousetrap, and a number of rats went for the cheese. It's unbelievable how many people will fall for that old "I'm on vacation" gag. They automatically think, "Hey! He's gone! Let's frantically try to get endorsements before he gets back!" Meanwhile, Francos was watching the whole thing unfold, taking note of all the nations that decided to reveal their true nature. Very humorous.
Victoria Silver How would you describe the New Pacific Orders existence, its work and behavior towards others?
Bertram Stantrous I believe that the New Pacific Order stands for regional stability, mostly. As you probably already know, this was one of the most chaotic regions in the game, and in a little under 2 months, Francos has transformed it into a pillar of strength, unrelenting to the enormous crowd of dissidents out there that would oppose us.
We try to remain compassionate towards those nations that just want to have fun with this game. As long as they aren't actively trying to destroy us, we are fine with whatever they want to do. Too often do we get complaints that people were banned for no reason, or for just saying "hi."
Usually when these complaints emerge, they are because of me. It is because I know how to work someone just right to make them spill their guts over something, and they don't even know about it. The so-called "innocent" nations are never really innocent... they just want you to think they are. I could say that I ate Hawaii, but that wouldn't make people decide to change their vacation plans.
Victoria Silver Is there is anything else you would like to add before we end this interview?

Yes, I would like to make a statement to the enemies of the New Pacific Order.
All of you out there might think that you have the upper hand. You might think that you know what you're doing, that you are somehow bucking the system by using your dirty little tricks and schemes. You might think you're fooling us, that you will overthrow the New Pacific Order within a month, but know this:
